Whats Happening....

Kev and I leave January 4th to begin our amazing journey around the world! We will begin in Bangkok Thailaand where we will explore Bankok and then venture out and island hop, ride some elephants, lay with tigers, and ride some ziplines through the mountains! We have gotten some great recomednations from many of you, thanks so much for all your help.



After a lovely three weeks in Thailand, we continue on to Oz! We arrive in Sydney on January 25th...we have a working visa that is valid for 1 year so for now our plan is up in the air! We will find a job, place to live, learn the aussy way of life, travel, and of course learn to surf! If anyone is up for the long flight over we would love some visitors!

Day 1 Bangkok January 6 2012


First stop for Jenna....Jewelry and Shopping!



 Khao San Roads

 Travel Agency where we booked the final trip of Thailand...Islands and Scuba Diving!

 Tuk Tuk!

 i shouldnt of brought anything, just an empty suitcase. could of bought an entire new wardrobe for under $50 here!

 Tuk Tuk! these things are fun, very load but fun to drive around in instead of a taxi
 Restaurant where we sat in the sun and read our Bangkok book (thanks Karen and Fred, its been very helpful to have)

 so many things to buy...hmmmm

 Fresh fruit smoothies, delicious!

 Where we ate for lunch, AMAZING FOOD! we sat next to this little pond with the fish

 Lunch Time!
 Shrimp Pad Thai with a mojito....so delicious!
 Kev's was bomb! Shrimp Stir fry with a sweet and spicy sauce, oh yes and a mojito! yummyy, i will be getting that next!
 Fresh seafood on the side of the road....if only Dad was here then he could cook it for me!

 oh yes we did get foot messages on the side of the road accompanied by a beer!
 i am in heaven right now!....notice whats on my head, new Purple Ray Bans that i got for 200 baht which is little more then $6...jealous!
 Kev and I getting amazin half hour foot message for 100 baht each, about $4 each including a tip!
 soooo good!
 best food was the vendors on the side...we got 3 spring rolls for 25 baht...delicious!

this picture looks like Kev and I on the plane ride over, literally how we slept the entire ride hahahah this cracked us up!
